1. Payment for Goods and Delivery Charges

Gumball 3000 can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website. All payments including all shipping and handling fees must be made by either credit, debit card. Gumball 3000 will not accept any other form of payment. All transactions are completed on a secure server.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times are dependent on the level of service you select at the checkout. These times are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations.

3. Prices

Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Gumball 3000 Warranties

Gumball 3000 is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.

5. Gumball 3000 Limited Liability

Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury Gumball 3000 liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. Gumball 3000 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if Gumball 3000 has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.

6. Availability of the Website and Goods

Gumball 3000 will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available.

The rights in the designs and content of this website are owned by Gumball 3000. Copyright and other intellectual property rights protect them. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute display post or transmit any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of their owners.

8. Returns and Exchange

All the items for sale on the Gumball 3000 site come from top quality brands and Gumball 3000 is confident that you will be pleased with any item that you purchase. The Gumball 3000 Store is happy to exchange, offer store credit or refund mail/web ordered goods provided they are returned to us with proof of purchase within 14 days. Goods must be in a saleable condition with all swing tags attached and returned in the original packaging. When products have been purchased as part of a special offer containing multiple items (eg. 3 for the price of 2 offer) then this is classed as a pack. All items in the pack have to be returned together for a full refund to be issued.

9. Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, to cancel an order prior to dispatch please telephone +44 (0)20 8964 7878 quoting your order number.

10. The outer packaging of all products sold through Gumball 3000 is for protection during transportation and is not replaceable if damaged.

11. Privacy Policy

All the information you provide to Gumball 3000 including your email address, delivery address and credit card details are strictly private and confidential. Gumball 3000 acknowledges that it is bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and that it will not disclose your details to any third party without your express written consent. As a matter of good practice, we do not share any personal information with anyone and we do not sell it to others.
